Note the main stats looked at besides attack will be survivability.

Mdef-7000(75%+)
Ice Resist-60%+
Attack-Decent range

Off Tank
HP-90k to 110k
Mdef-6500 to 7000

Healers-Priests
HP-70k to 90k
Mdef-6000 above
MA-3500 not inclusive light attack

DPS
HP-60k to 80k
Mdef-Moderate
Attack-Above 4.5k inclusive of FD/Element calculations
